    Ranganathan Vellor –

    The delivery experience with Flipcart on this expensive product was BAD. The package came in a tattered manner. On opening the package and getting the fax fixed, discovered that the connecting ROD was missing. had to get a Rod from the nearby electrical shop. finally it was fitted and the fan is running. Cant understand how a reputed company like Havells can ship an expensive fan like this with one part missing. Thank God that one of the blades was not missing. Don’t know if the supplier/Vendor has played some mischief. Will never buy nor recommend anyone from buying such products from Flipkart unless one is prepared to take a chance. I would rather pay that extra amount and ensure that I get a better experience.
