One box arrived without screws and Havels call centre is refusing to assist with missing part.
The entire unit can’t be used now!

Blade screws are missing and fan vibrating looks like some fault in motor , worst coustmer support
Complete waste of money do not buy from cloudtail pvt ltd , you will be cheated for sure

Looks superb, have to clean it more frequently, use it for air circulation with ac only, without ac it will not be much effective.

Neither me nor my electrician could install it so i had to reuest Havels. The head office was very prompt but i had to call 3 times to the local office to send the technician. It looks very beautiful as a mood light and works to circulate air. It can create misunderstanding if it is named as ceuling fan.

A brilliant masterpiece indeed, also added a Philips HUE bulb so that I can change the color and it gives an immersive movie experience when the lights are controlled with the Philips HUE Sync Desktop software, a truly mesmerizing fan and the air flow is sufficient enough if you are sleeping or sitting directly underneath it, so I can’t approve of the user reviews which claim air flow is less as that is not the case.

This is a cheap product discontinued to be sold by Havells. The difference between this product and same product with other brand name at less than half of the price is just the Havells sticker. Everything else is exactly the same. The product quality is cheap and it wobbles. Already replaced once because first a totally damaged packet was delivered. Did not have the guts to go through another return for refund after installation. Speaking to 10 Amazon customer executives for refunds means spending 3 days in hospital .. so I chose a more practical option to retain the product rather than than suffering. The product quality is cheap, Havells never imported this cheap Chinese product post 2019 and other brands are selling exactly same product at less than half the price !
