This mixer grinder is looks good and sturdy but the only problem in the jar making lots of noise even if empty . Locks are not good will not last long locking machinism of jar cover is not at all good feels very low quality . As a mixer grinder price is still high compare to the quality .I have return this product thanks to Amazon who care for the customer concerned and they help to resolve the issue .

Well we specifically bought this for it’s noiseless features but it is making almost same noise. The description says 50% less so not sure what they took as 100%. It do have touchdisplay and elegant looks but disappointed hearing almost the same noise as our existing mixer. If you are planning to buy like me for noiseless operation than pls don’t do so. If you need to buy for digital display and auto mode, pls go for it. It won’t operate if the jar lid is not properly fitted. The manual do not explain what the lock sign means.
