I purchased 2 fans simultaneously, one of Havells @Rs. 2,000 or so and second one of Crompton @ Rs. 1350 or 1400. Performance of Crompton is slightly better than Havells then I wonder why should one pay 40 to 50 % extra for Havells ?

Excellent fan. Very good airflow and spread. Much better than my old Crompton Greaves 600mm fan in terms of airflow and noise. Blades were smaller than expected because they’re wider instead of longer, but still 600mm. The spread of the air covers more area than I expected.

Good cooling, small footprint, pleasing to the eye, wobbles a little, cap doesn’t cover the wires completely.
Great for bathrooms and smaller spaces. Faster speeds have good rpm but small coverage area
