Though it has been just a day since I have used it, so I don’t know if it breaks in future. But let me share my experience till now:
– This is really smooth, I have never used any iron smoother than this.
– When the steam is on, then it irons like the the steam iron that are used in laundries. And even the most crushed clothes can be ironed in seconds (Obviously you need to be good at doing it… 😉 )
– It does not burn your clothes. I tried it on a nylon tshirt and georgette too.
– It has so many features and filling water and vacating it is really easy.
You might feel it a bit heavier and bigger than usual irons. If that is not an issue, then definitely go for it.

I like everything in this iron . It made my work easier. U can iron clothes without the fear of burning . Steam flow is awesome irons clothes in one stroke like professionals. The only thing is size is bit bigger in comparison with other irons.

Very much hyped product. I was using Phlips iron box. Seeing all the reviews I decided to upgrade to this Havel’s model. Now I feel the simple philips model is good enough for the purpose.
Cons
*Due to the heavyweight, I cant handle it effotlessly. Needs to be extra careful while holding it
*Lack of tempraure control means that we cant choose to apply light teperature for certain cloths.
*Water leakage exist.
*Due to the high voltage, water quickly empties. So needs to refill it often
*No provision to view water level easily.
Pros
Certain cloths like pure cotton benfit from its heavy weight. But for most of our cloths weightless Philips iron box will be suficient.
Final opionin: Dont spend extra money seeing all the features mentioned. Not a worst iron box but not the best also.

Wonderful product, but the only problem is that I am getting this product damaged again and again. Previously also it was broken from its handle and this time also it was broken from the bottom.

It is unimaginable that such an innovative solutions are available in Indian companies.I have lost a lot of money and sleep by burning of clothes by press. But after 15 days use,I am sure this will not burn my money. It is little costly for Indian domestic user but believe me,you will save money in the form of not losing your favourite clothes.

No requirement of adjusting temperature knob as has I-Tech feature. Only issue is 15 amp plug which can be managed with an adaptor.
