We purchased this during the lockdown when our older purifier (wall hanging one from another brand) needed filter change and the technician was not able to visit due to restrictions.
Unfortunately for this one also the HUL was unable to send the technician due to lockdown. But the technical support assisted us over whatsapp video call and we are able to install it. Remember you can’t just plug it to water inlet and start using it. You need to flush all the filters one by one connect pipes inside the purifier. The machine is very easy to open and do the installations. I do have all the plumbing instruments with me so for me it was easy to use. I even had the SS drill bit to drill hole in the stainless steel water sink.
It comes with one year warranty and you can also extend the warranty by 2 years in which you will get filters replacement for 2 yrs. Unlike other brands this one needs all filter change every year. It cost me around 10k with the technician’s employee code discount(he offered 🙂 which was 12%) and company discount of 15%. Also service charge will be waived.
Under sink purifiers do not get the attention they deserve. It’s very easy to use due to the faucet being at your waist level.
Water pressure is good. Water taste is good. It saves space by simply being under the sink and also not visible to anyone. Far better than wall attached purifiers where you have to stand like a beggar for the water to flow and also many people make another cabinet on wall just to hide those from plain sight. This is designed to be in use with modular kitchens and looks nice.
It’s worth the price. Go for it.
