The product was delivered as expected from Amazon. The delivery was fast with no hiccups. The product packaging was sturdy by the Havells hence no damage received.
The installation request was bit confusing at the start but once done it was seemless. The installation request is needed to be initiated by the customer either from there website, app, whatsapp or the customer care.
The installation was done after a day and the installation service man was very good. He knows his work and very impressive. I didn’t thought of being that impressive. That is a good job by Havells.
The product is good and simple to work with. The 8 ltr storage is a good addition. The filtration process is quite first. The water doesn’t smell. As it is a non RO purifier hence there’s no wastage of a drop of water.

It’s great looking product. Also seems durable.
Installation is free after you make call to service centre.
Professional person for installation and great service. They explained how it works and few maintenance tips.
Havells is working really hard on service part.
I have deducted 1 star for below reasons..
1. High cost
2. Water taste is as is,might be due to just
UV product I hv bought. Not sure.
3. And they have mentioned 8 liters, actually it’s 7.
Cons..
1. After using.. It feels out lot of money in it.
2. Service cost is high 2000/year for AMC
3. Not consist performance at all. Lot of issues with water flow.
It will be best if price is reduced both for product and services after warrenty.

Not suitable for hard water, if you have a corporation supply you can use this as RO removes almost all the nutrients of water & wastes double amount of water.
One major disadvantage the clear portion of the filter gets fungus (yellow sediments on the wall) if exposed to direct sunlight. It is suggested to cover that part with a dark cloth or thermacol.
Service support is good, called them for the same fungus issue the technician only suggested the same. It’s an issue with all the plastic filters those having a clear display of filter water tank & not only this.
Installation was done was for free no charges as the connector & pipes came along with it.

First day review…
Packing was perfectly done by company and Amazon.
Product looks nice.
But the tap for water outlet looks quite delicate to handle.
The machine has a tray to hold a glass or a small water bottle but You need a special extension pipe to connect to the tap for filling any big water utensils below which is another Rs.500 additional cost. Unlike many models of eureka Forbes where you can attach a simple drain pipe costing no more than Rs.20.
However, the installation guy charged me Rs.700 for pre filter which is necessary to be installed to prevent any dirt or sand particles from entering the filters in the machine. It was never mentioned while making the purchase that pre filter charges would be extra. Moreover, he didn’t give me the invoice for the purchase of pre filter which he said I would receive by email.
The installation guy was also little careless while installing the machine as after installation I came to know that machine is tilting towards one side. I brought it to his notice but he didn’t rectify his mistake.

Buy this product if your water TDS is below 100 as it is not RO but uv uf. No wastage of water at all.

The taste of water is a bit harsh but the product is good. It takes 20-30 minutes for filtration. The water is very pure and it is installed in my house by the person of Havells within one day of delivery without taking any charges (FREE) . Overall very nice product……………….

Writing this after 2months use.UV plus turns off on its own as a surprise… May not work for a day or two.. again If we turn may resume or technician have to come and see.. Struggling to change mother board but till now they didn’t change. Will update after 6 months
