It’s performance is not as described. It was claimed that ventojet has automatic front opening to prevent entry of foreign objects. But this feature does not work. Also, it is not getting fixed on glass window, though it was confirmed by seller that it can be done.
Their helpline when contacted is not able to address the problems.
Overall very poor. Not advised to purchase.
In fact I am now keen for refund as product does not meet the features claimed.

Both the original and replacement product came with bent or broken clips and had to be returned. The date of manufacture on the box also showed as November 2018 (didn’t expect a two year old product). At least the return was hassle-free.
On that note, my Dad had called a Havell’s customer care for help with installation, and they got him in touch with some apparently local guy. The guy calls my Dad from a different number, and asks him to first install TeamViewer and then launch PhonePe to transfer initial installation fees. For those not in the know, this is a clear case of fraud. Thankfully I was present nearby, and started asked the guy a ton of questions. He disconnected the call after a couple of minutes since I wouldn’t “co-operate” and the number was summarily out of reach. We did eventually get in contact with a proper Havell’s installer, but the whole experience was quite harrowing.

Asthetically beautiful. However doesn’t justify the cost. It is too expensive. The quality of the material used is ordinary…so is it the design cost that makes it so expwnsive?
