Very bad service by flipkart and hindware.they took 32 days to install the geyser. Plz don’t buy any product from flipkart which requires after sale service. And also they refused to return the product since they specified 10 day replacement but took 32 days to install.i will rate 0 star for both flipkart and hindware. If we call Hindware Customer care ,daily they will assign one engineer for installation but those people will not turn up,and once they told my address does not come under their service area if it is so then why flipkart will sell those products. Very bad

Very Nice product.
But only thing is for free installation we need to call service centre no and we need to give request. Then only they will send engineer.
In my case after giving request I need to wait for 48 hrs but still not received any call from them so again I need to follow up. After doing follow up then they call me after one day and said they will send a person but the person doesn’t came for installation they tried to come after two days by that time I have called some other persons from outside and then installation done. After that they called me asking shall they have to come or not. I told them not required.
After installation done this is Third day and the product is very good it works very well. Product wise there is no issue. But service is not good.
