Good product, delivery on time, good demonstration, fitting also done free of cost. But before purchasing this product all should be ready with the kitchen wall mounted and the hanging distance should be Pakka…

This chimney has very low Suction power even on the top of its capacity. Cannot accommodate the smoke released in the kitchen.

The chimney as such was of good quality and finish. But they had given a exhaust plastic pipe which is of absolutely no use and tore the moment we tried stretching it open.
What is annoying is the hindware installation personnel. Arrogant and very poor work knowledge, but the moment he walked into the house he started selling me the aluminum exhaust pipe which he is charging rs 400 more than the market price. Get it installed from some other person. He also came up with this thing saying that if the installation charges are not payed it won’t cover the 1year warranty. Unbelievable!!
