Unable to connect via app. IOT not working.
It does not dispense water if electricity is not available.
Despite multiple complaints to the customer support no resolution.
I will not recommend it.
I bought it after the negative comments also but please don’t go for it.

Worst service. If they can’t do installation in a city like bangalore, God save people buying it from small town.
Bought two products. Chasing customer service for past few days. No use. If installation is this delayed. Don’t know if they can provide repair service at all.

Product was delivered keep on promise date from Flipkart and then installation was done by very next day from Engineer Lokesh in Bangalore.
Well behaved professional manner from technician during installation and post demo services
After completing the installation waited for IOT connection with Hindware Appliances Application to displays all necessary information about these model.
Pros:
Water taste is too good on depending upon water input tds level.
In our premises around 500 to 750 tds constantly changing the tds level and then after filtered will get it around 90 to 150 tds.(Actual Good to consume between this level)
In Bangalore Cauvery water tds level is around 120tds depending upon water conditions.(We had checked the water level all 3 during installation. cauvery water(120tds) – direct tap water(570tds) – lastly from this water purifier(91tds).
1.Water tds level (both input and output)
2.Total consumption water in litres ( day and total )
3.Superior RO membrane (Water wastage is 1:1 ratio)
4. Filter life and Service Call everything enabled in this model.
5.Dual hot water mode at 45c and 80c for instant hot water (but continue water flows is not happens because of storage ss tank has only 0.8l capacity to consume instant 2 glass of water)
6. Auto sensor jug is too good for once removed then set back to the place immediately sense the jug empty level and fill the remaining water level.
Cons:
1. Main drawbacks of this model is only power cut off no water dispenser from both faucet.
But available 2litre jug water usage is enough though for any situation.
2. Could have been better working on hot water mode for continuous water flows and larger capacity to store it in ss tank.
Overall satisfied service and installation from Hindware Appliances.
This is the 5th day of usage reviews and to be wait for couple of days to update more about it.
