Bought this about an year+ ago
working perfect, but auto-ignition has stopped from last 2 months
I’m clueless how / where to get this fixed
Update: I have raised request on Hindware portal for repair/support last week; but no response yet

Review After 1year use
First 6months Cooktop was ok, later Burner issue started slowly
From last 2 months, I’m chasing Behind customer care service,Because of burner issue,
Technician said “needs to replace Burner, but you will be charged 820₹”
Though I have waranty,they are not ready to replace under warranty,raised several tickets tickets are getting closed without resolving the issue.
My Request to Amazon,please don’t Entertain Such Worst Brands,

Only single con is there auto ignition is not effective everytime.

I received the stove this morning and with great hopes considering the higher price range and brand name had high expectations. But there were so many issues
1. There was gas leakage and it was diagnosed by IGL technician is that it is from the rightmost knob after he checked with matchstick and it was catching fire underneath.
2. The battery included was puffed
3. The removeable plates doesn’t fit well
4. Auto ignition working only on 1 of the know out of three
5. When IGL guy tried to replace the nozzle which is compliant he was not able to unscrew one of the rear screw
