It is a nice product and works very well.Suction is very good and very less sound.As usual Flipkart has done a great job and delivered on the expected date.Installation was scheduled 3 days later but Hindware support called and preponed and it is done on next day.

I Purchased this product only because it was mentioned as silence auto clean chimney. But it is not all silent, I can hear lot of noise even at 1 speed.

Nice product from Hindware… My previous chimney was also from Hindware… But top was made of glass and so that after almost 10 years of use the glass was broken at night… In the morning we came to know about it… How it happened we don’t know… So this time I ordered this as the top is not made of glass… The noise is also very less even at top speed… Suction is very good… Motion sensor also works fine…

Checked a lot of products and companies in market but was not satisfied with the quality. Some points I will share which may help to decide who are looking for chimney. \n1) All chimneys are made in China only, this one also. \n2) Its build quality is excellent.\n3) Suction power is very good. \n4) Its makes noise at full power which is obvious but you will rarely operate it at full power. But as compared to other brands its good. \n5) Installation charges is quite high, I installed it myself. You just need to drill and tight two screws no rocket science.

I am writing this review after using this chimney a day. Giving it 5 star bcoz it has all the merits which are mentioned above it comes with motion sensor which is a addon to it and enough for four burners. \n\nAs far as awesome performance. Flipkart delivered a day before and same day installed by hindware..was really surprising. Thanks for the up to mark services.

One of the best chimney from Hindware. Lookwise very nice compact design. Performancewise also very impressive having three speed options. Makes least noise at level-1 speed. Till date chimney is working hassle free and doing the job efficiently.\nHowever, there are cons also on part of installation. Rs.2200 (Rs.700 for installation and Rs.1500 for drilling) is too much for installation. The installation guy told out of 700 he only gets 200 and for drilling charges there is same situation. He had to give money to hindware agency so he cannot reduce the charges himself. Hindware must think about so unreasonable installation charges. Rather then looting directly they should include the installation charge in the price of chimney so that customer may not feel cheated or overcharged for installation. Also, material of chimney pipe is not good, they should provide aluminium or higher grade material pipes.\nHowever, almost after 2 months received a call from Hindware representative who querried about the product performance and my experience towards installation process. I reiterated that the Chimney is one the best in the market regarding its performance and lookwise. But they have to sincerely look into the installation charges. Also, on his request towards revision of my product review, I want to fonvey that I do not intend to change my genuine review. You should really do something regarding installation unreasonable fee. Whether you should add it in the product cost or some other way. But please do not charge it from customer without any fix parameter which does not seem to be a transparent process.

Stopped working after 3 days of nominal usage (30 mins /day), technician visited and confirmed that PCB will be replaced. 3 days of usage and heart of a chimney stopped working

As much as it was written in the description that it reduces noise, we did not find it. It makes noise but not so much that it becomes difficult to stand in the kitchen. Second, it does not clean itself properly. When it gets hot, oil starts dripping from its nets, which spoils the utensils kept below.
