Purchased this through big billion offer. Here is my honest opinion:
1. installation done before the expected date. A clear and quality description given by the engineer. Very good job.
2. Hindware calisto takes almost 50 minutes to purify seven litre of water and store in the tank.
3. bright LED indication gives stages of purification.
4. It provides superior quality with rich taste of water, and really comparable to the best in the market.
5. I pirchased a pre-filter seperately to increase the life of the machine. However it totally depends on water quality (TDS) in your locality. If TDS is high, more than 500, you should buy this pre-filter.
6. overall it is really a great product by Hindware. Thanks Flipkart and Hindware.

Everything good as of now. Product looks promising. Service guys responded within 3 hrs of delivery. Performance is good. Good product for a small family as capacity is 7litres. Totally serves the purpose. Service guys responded well and with patience to my queries. Overall i am happy and moreover its the cheapest in market. Good to go.
