Bottle stand/ Jali is unable to hold even one litre water bottle and falls and its hook are so delicate that breaked , so room of improvement is there.further there is no provision like side transparent fibre glass,which display the water status in the machine without keeping it on . Rest of my review shall share after using it for next 2-3 months , as installed around one month back. \nRegards\n Rakesh

I have used the product for 1 week.\n\nIt seems to be very good and working fine and decent.\n\nMachine running noise is low which is very good.\n\nTaste of water is good and really could feel the copper+ minerals while drinking. \n\nAt the tap water TDS level is about 780 and the filter water is around 100 and said to be lowered whilst using. \n\nTechnician visited on time and installation was done successfully. \n\nOne drawback is that when I measured the water capacity I did not get 7 liters of water as the item says to be. I get only 5.5 to 6 liters of water at the maximum. \n\nOverall I am Happy with the product I have purchased.

After using of 10 to 12 days it is not working call thousand of times to service provider but they are also not picking the calls worst product and experience ever with this garbage

Worst Product,TDS after purification is same as tap water TDS i.e.,570,never buy hindware purifiers, no purification,useless. I have raised complaint regarding this,till now no response
