Product is good but worst service.. no one will work on your issue. You have to follow.. they promise to fix the issue in 24-72 hrs but you won’t get any update. They keep changing the service date without informing. It’s been 5 days still no update on my issue.
Update: Issue was resolved after 2 months, the issue was escalated to Bangalore head and India operation head

Don’t purchase the Hindware company RO. Service is very bad and quality is bad. My RO have issue after 10 days of purchasing.. still it has issue..
