After work, when chimney is off. Then oil was dropped from motor into food directly. Company must be think this matter when motor is off then oil was collected into oil colleter cup.

Bought this last month. Product is okay but not sucking whole smoke coming from stove. Some part of smoke is getting spread in the kitchen. \n\nPoor response and ownership from Hindware. Installation took 10 days and technician is so rude answering our questions and didn’t pay much attention to installation. He installed the chimney above 33 inches from cooktop and it may be the reason it’s not sucking perfectly. Technician is more keen towards and money and didn’t install properly. He didn’t attach the clamps to the ducting pipe which makes the pipe hanging between hole and chimney.\n\nPoor and pathetic people and why suh people gets such a bad reputation to Hindware. Better die in Hell..

Installation part is not good. \nCompany agent charging 700 plus hole making in brick wall 300 total 1000.\nThe private guy charging only 350 for all work. It is 3 times more expensive. But we have no choice. As per company policy if installation is done by private guy the warranty will laps. The company should think about it. Customers should feel happy after buying their products, not feel looted.

Worst product and the installation process is so slow that I recieved the item on 8th August and it’s 25th August and the product is not installed yet ……such a bad response by the hindware team …..pls don’t buy this or you may have to wait for months for installation

Review after 1 months use -\n1. Display problem started coming on panel\n2. Even after 15, days no one came to see it- so pathetic customer service..never buy hindware product\n3. Autoclean function don’t work properly ,and I have issue of oil dropping while cooking.\n\nConclusion better to buy Faber or any other products ,I am totally unsatisfied..
