Very nice cooktop in the design of a hob. Easy to use and clean.

It was difficult to get this cooktop as we wanted a slim one. It was pricey at 16k. Everything was ok but one fine day the glass top cracked after cooking. The technician came and it took a month to deliver the replacement glass. Service was too slow and unresponsive.

This is disaster. I bought rosia 4 burner and within few months of buying i had to register several complains. Auto ignition stops working anytime. Burning flow is also slow.
And after sales service is worst disaster. My complains were open for more than 3 months, and closed automatically without solved.
I saw many people complaining about the same. So better go for some brand which provides better service. Hindware is disaster for sure in terms of service.

Product is good, easy to use and clean.
Need battery to use auto ignition.
Slim design and can be moved also since not fitting on platform.
Price i felt slightly expensive but overall good product looks classy.

The media could not be loaded.
Bought Chimney and gas hob with together around 32k. Hob burner became defective just after 1 yr. “burner got shrinked, ” , all cutleries becoming black Original buying cost was 15000. Now the technical service person came and quoted the change of only burner mouth for 8000. chimney technical design is also bad. Cant clean inside easily and becoming more noisy day by day. Just for inspection HINDAWARE service center charges. Its not worthy to buy hindware and bad quality product.
