– size is optimal
– shape is good
– finish is good
Dislike
– seems defective piece…may be pump not working because no water comes on honeycomb mesh
– Amazon packaging was not up to the mark
– Amazon return pick up sucks…has not happened in my case for more than a month now…every time you call the customer service, they have only one standard response – that they will re-schedule pickup to happen in next 48 hours…but that has not happened so far (got this assurance 5 times and after that I have left following up in exasperation)…return of money will happen only when the item has been picked up…so, I am, sort of, stuck.

Everything is good other than fan sound , it’s too high and next house people also can hear. Me, I do not ike to use this product because all night i dont want to hear a high sound going on in my house

A rubber stopper is missing on the
Bottom , which is used to drain the water, so now we can’t pour water because it would be leaking all the time, and amazon customer service is very bad, the call doesnt connect and when is it does connect the agent keeps you on hold forever and the call gets cut again and you end up with nothing , overall I wouldn’t recommend buying this online
