Bought it online during Diwali sale and received it(on 23rd Oct) before the delivery date which was really great. That was the only good part. Called hindware service center on 24 Oct for installation and they told in 72 hrs someone will come for it. As it was festival time so i expected delay which was fine but after that also they didn’t send anyone. Gave me 4 different numbers to contact engineer, one was of the manager for the installation in my area. Called them many times with no result. They say they have already generated the request and i have to wait but nobody came.
Yesterday one of their so called engineer came and told us that we have to do holes in the wall ourselves as they dont do that, they only mount up the chimneys and gives a demo.
I have already asked their service center that if this service is provided and they said yes and will be charged extra which was fine by me. But the engg refused to do it. If we have to do everything than what is the fees that you are taking for. What is the meaning of installation if you can not do holes in wall?
The Engg took 300 rs which he said would be adjusted in the final bill after we have done holes and set up everything for him. So what is the use of him coming and installing. We dont need your demo for 600 rs(may be more)
It has been more than 6 days and the chimney is still not opened and seen whether its working or not.
Regretting my decision to buy online even when i live in the area where there are multiple hindware sales shop.
One of the worst experience from amazon and hindware. PATHETIC SERVICE
