Software response is good. But sometimes it lags. QLED displays dark dots well. We can easily switch between different windows. Overall I am satisfied with this peoduct

This TV is superb, if you’re buying it for Movies.
But IT’S NOT BUILT FOR GAMING!!
Don’t buy this TV for PLAYSTATION. It’s have ghosting issues.
This TV does not have any HDMI 2.1 and 120hz only works on 1080. HDR will not support in 4k. It works only in 1080.
Lastly, this TV is not QLED, it’s ULED.
