Product is fine till now, only one day usage.
Installation services are like horror, this fellow Mohd Farhan came from their service center and he took full 6hrs to install AC, alongwith a helper.
Then too main unit is tilted towards right and even he installed external unit tilted ,also stabilizer tilted. No sense of left or right even after telling him repeatedly, he didn’t try to improve it.
Really disappointed, then later on when complained at hitachi customer care, another service center person called and tried to mislead saying, third party came to install at your place. First of all they were another service center ,not third party. Howcome any third party know that we have to get AC installed n other info too.
Too much confusion at Hitachi services. Lots of unprofessional drama.
After sales services are very important, so if that doesn’t make any difference then one can certainly go for Hitachi AC.

Today AC TECHNICIAN started installing the unit. After installation it has been found that OUTDOOR unit has some issue. Instalation technician not able to explain exactly the issue.

The product is good but hitachi should improve their service department. The guy who came to install the AC didn’t had the sufficient knowledge later after 2 days there was water leakage due to incorrect installation and the guy came again after following up with him several times.
