Within three weeks of usage, colour of the grid started coming out, now it’s more than three months but there is no solution offered by the company. Service is horrible, service manager for Mumbai with name Rahul was quite arrogant and without attending my problem simply refused to do anything and also said that this is normal. I wonder after spending 7000/- for a cooktop such a crap is being sold by Faber. Please think 10 times before buying any Faber product.

Iron stand and iron tray got rust within short span of time. Can’t remove the tray to clean. Very hard to clean the stove. Called Faber customer care to replace the tray. Chasing the service man for more than a month now. No proper response. Poor customer service. 🙁

This 3BB inyx is a failure model. The brass burner is too worst it lost its color immediately even after repeated wash it’s in black color.Base of the is black colorwhen they give but it’s turning Grey and soon it be like a rusted colour.i used this stove only for 20days but every day facing different kind of problems
