Perfect laptop for someone who is new to computers or isn’t looking for anything fancy. It’s your standard HP laptop, I’ve owned many HP computers before and this one is exactly the same. I love that it is very thin and very light. The keyboard key prints are a little larger than I’ve seen on other HP computers which is perfect for people who have vision problems. Would be perfect for a college student or someone with minimal computer skills. 10/10 recommend for anyone.

i was very unhappy with this computer, very poor quality…. hard to use
terrible screen, but most importantly i tried to return it because it was not working properly,
and i was very unhappy with the quality
amazon told me they would return it , but the company would not honor the refund or a new product because it had been more then 3 months after my purchase,
i explained to them that i had just opened , because i was away during the covid pandemic
and it had sat in its box for more then 3 months until i was able to get home a use the computer
but they would not return the computer, and offers no other solutions for me
i had offered to buy a. more expensive model if they would credit me for this computer
they would not listen or help me in any way
i would not recommend this company, or there products

Great laptop. Small, portable, easy to use. I bought a little mouse and carry case with it also from Amazon and find it easy to carry around and use. Before I bought it I was a little bit worried that the specs wouldn’t handle what I need it for (lots of zoom calls, emails and word documents etc) but it has been great, no issues with speed or slowdown (I initially changed the computer out of windows S mode – easy to do just click on option in settings- so that I could download zoom). The only thing I noticed is when it has only a low percentage of battery life left it slows down processing to save power which – which I noticed on a zoom call I was on – that was easily fixable by just plugging it in. Battery life is great and I use it for hours every day before plugging it in. I also noticed that it has a USB C port as well as a the two standard USB ports. This wasn’t mentioned on the specifications but is definitely a bonus of this newer model over older models. Overall very pleased with this purchase. Bargain second laptop that’s portable and does everything I need it to.

Easy to set up easy to use great picture and sound. Only problem it keeps freezing and keeps needing a hard reset.
