HP 15 Business & Student Laptop, 15.6″ FHD Micro-Edge Display, 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Webcam, USB-C, WiFi, Long Battery…

I received the laptop 1/16. Unboxed it and threw away the plastic sleeves and cardboard insert that the laptop nestles in inside the main box. I used it day one for typing a document in MS word and then shut it down. Next day, tried to turn it on and it said, “Boot NO Operating System Found”. I tried returning it to this shop but they don’t accept returns unless you have every piece of original packaging including plastic sleeves and cardboard insert so I could not return the faulty product. I then spent days working w HP customer service to no avail so I had to pay $65 for their upgraded warranty so they’d send me a USB recovery drive containing the operating system. I received it and worked w customer service 2 more days but it would not fix it. So I had to ship it to HP. HP responded that the problem was customer induced damage from the alterations this shop made to it prior to sending it to me. So this shop damaged the laptop when the “team of professionals” opened it to do the things it says in the product description, then sent me a faulty laptop, then refused to take it back cause their return policy requires cheap packaging parts to be all accounted for to take it back. HUGE SCAM!!! NO RECOURSE! I still have no laptop and had to pay for HP to repair the damage this shop’s “professionals” caused. Won’t get it back from HP till 3/10! So I may actually be able to use it 2 months after I got it. Buyer beware! I would NEVER buy anything from this scam shop ever again! They’ll take your money alright, just will send you a product they damaged and not take it back if you threw away any piece of packaging. With the way it worked day 1 and allowed me to open and use MS word x1 then did this, it was almost like it was intended to lull you into throwing away packaging before not working the 2nd time by erasing its operating system after each use! The USB stick from HP would appear to work and let you use the computer for 1 use then erase the operating system when you powered off and be back to “Boot, NO operating system found” the next time you try to power on. Don’t know what to think. Feel I was scammed. Wouldn’t ever feel comfortable telling anyone to buy from this store ever. Don’t do it! Save yourselves anger, injustice, tears of frustration, weeks of waiting, hours w customer service and the $65 for the upgraded warranty! Run…its not too late. It was indeed, too good to be true.
