Product came in somewhat loose packaging where it was one small box in a larger one. When booting up I had to reinstall Windows as this one came defective, product works fine now but it was definitely annoying to deal with.

I was soooo looking forward to this purchase. Got it, opened up the box, put on the charger, got on it about an hour later and as soon as i start doing anything on it it got hot and the fan was extremely loud. For it to be a gaming laptop i was really shocked. I am sad and disappointed.
