Build quality zero
Heating problem. (u can feel when you touch keyboard keys)
Battery drain 1percent per minute with normal usage
Screen quality zero (u can see only from a fixed point if u move little bit u can’t see what is on screen)
Even If you connect earphone by jack there is delay in audio
Sometimes screen, keyboard and touchpad go on vacation, don’t want to work i have to wait for them
If you lift laptop from one corner, touch pad is automatically working keyboard keys are very bad and want to go under surface
If you want to buy this laptop better and wise choice is don’t buy it and live happily without this laptop or choose another laptop
I have to give it one star because there is nothing in minus
I bought it in Rs56240 and all go in vain
I just request for replacement as their is no refund today is 10th day and till today i have not get any type of help from hp or Flipkart (Flipkart customer care agents are sweet they help a lot, hoping also help in refund)

This vendor sent this hp core i5 laptop after 10 days from my booking, once I got, I was very excited about this latest laptop, but it’s giving very worst performance, I felt that is it new one or refurbished?, it’s took lot of time for OS installation, taking long time for wifi connectivity, poor display.. Value for money….????, core I 3 is better than this, my strong recommendation is buy offline, if required buy any other online flatform, not in the flipcart, bz u cont cancel the product even same day…

Iam purchase this product from flipcart. Delivery is very faster than the date you show. Hp i5 12th gen laptop is very smooth because the processor. Ram can expand up to 16 Gb. Laptop come with 65w fast charger so you can quickly charge the laptop. Nice Product no issues you can go and buy this product.
