Windows 11 is still not mature enough for me to let my clients work with it on their existing setups. This notebook came with 11 and it was not updated. Some things did not function properly until the rather large number of updates were completed. So EXPECT the hiccups. I managed to get it all settled down for the most part. I am not a fan of the new 11 layout…but I don’t have to use it. A client does…and they don’t care. As I have said…the hardware was typically good…as most of HP equipment tends to be. I would buy again. (not for me…clients)

I just want to say, I truly love this laptop. I stream, game, run multiple brokerage platforms and do a lot of video editing. The CPU usage averages 15% which is spectacular. No more lag. Huge screen too!

I absolutely Love this New HP laptop. I searched for Days to replace My old laptop that was nearly dead. I was about to give up hope when I signed onto Amazon and. as if by Magic, there was this Beauty. I was Shocked and Happy by what I was reading about this laptop. It seemed to have Everything I was looking for in the way of a New laptop for Personal Use. Bottom line, it Does and I am a Very Pleased Consumer. I hope this helps.

If you order windows it does not come with the code so you have to buy it again in order to get the code. I paid to have windows installed $89. In order to set up the computer I had to enter my credit card information again. SO I had to pay for windows a second time
