It definitely is fast, even with multiple tabs open. It came with Windows 11 even though it is advertised as Windows 10. Speaker volume is not loud when maxed out; difficult to hear zoom meeting. Tried to connect both Bluetooth headphones as well as Bluetooth speaker, but, it doesn’t “recognize” the speaker and the sound is intermittent via the headphones (which I KNOW are fine as they work great with other things). Display is very crisp, clear, and doesn’t have a glare/reflection. Have yet to test the connection ports (USB, hdmi, etc).

The on off button is in a strange place next to the delete button, makes it easy to accidentally turn off the computer.

This is a great laptop. It is fast. Meets all my needs.

I was very disappointed to find that despite the description saying the computer had a card reader, and a picture of the side of the laptop showed a card reader slot, this computer does not have one. This was more of a problem because I frequently use both a wireless mouse, and an external speaker. Using a card reader requires an external USB reader and unplugging either the mouse or the speaker. So, I need to buy a USB hub/card reader, which is one more thing to tote along on business trips.
However, everything else about the computer’s operation, display, and speed is very good. I do not use the computer for gaming, but I do use it for large spreadsheets, mathematical solutions, documents and presentations, and it is more than adequate for that. It works well with Zoom.
One issue that I and others have with the HP (and many other laptops) is the lack of contrast and small size of the keyboard lettering. While most of us know touch typing, there are keys that we have to look for occasionally, and they are difficult to find, especially in certain lighting. Manufacturers should use larger, bold and contrasting colors for their keyboard letters.

When I first started to use it I found it a bit confusing. My last laptop was over 10 years old and the keyboard was different on this one. Now, don’t laugh, but it took me a little searching to find the power button!!! Every laptop I’ve owned has it in the upper left side as a stand alone. Took some getting used to but love it!
