Thought this would be a great laptop with all the features I was looking for. Plugged it in, charged it up and nothing. Returned it. Also packed in a box way too big. Could fit 4 or 5 laptops in it.

This computer seems to be full of dust. Every time I open it after closing it, there is a clear, dusty imprint of the keys on the screen. There always seems to be dust on the keyboard also. I clean it every day and still, dust.
The other issue I’ve had with this computer is that it randomly shuts itself down while I’m in the middle of doing work. Very inconvenient and frustrating.
I wish I had bought something different.

I like the customer service for this laptop. I haven’t used this much as I just got it back from repairs, but so far, it seems like exactly what I need. All good here.

Very fast, excellent touch screen. Battery life disappointing but I can deal with it. 1 terabyte solid state drive, upgraded to 32 GB of ram. Major upgrade from my previous computer. I recommend it.
