Firstly, I am not a tech person when it comes to laptops. I was looking for something with speed and storage. I dont do anything heavy on it..just bible study, browse the internet and type an occasional letter, etc.
I was really set on returning it for one reason..it wasn’t fast. Instead I kept it and tried different thing like deleting temp files. I then started deleting the extra apps that came with it but what I really think worked was me taking it out of home s mode and updating it to windows 11. I saw a very big difference in speed and now I am satified

The laptop is going good. The only thing that I believe is a big deal is the screen and battery. Seeing things on the screen outside is difficult. Not a big deal unless you do alot of computer work in bright outside light. What is important is the battery. Like I said previously, I hardly do anything on the laptop that is intense and find myself recharging alot. Although I don’t have actual time durations here is what I’ll say. I usually go on my porch with my laptop to write a letter or do some bible study. I will close the laptop without turning it off. A fully charged battery is at least half the charge after being on the porch with the laptop closed for 3 hrs. Hope that helps

After further examining/using the laptop, I find the biometric scan does not always work. Today after turning on the laptop for its first use of the day, fingerprint scan is not working. Good thing I can also log in with my pin. Taking a star off

The wifi will sometimes not connect. The fix is to reboot but if the wifi is working in my home, shouldn’t the laptop connect flawlessly? I would not recommend buying this laptop. Too many small/irritating isuues

today it seems the internet is not working. The wifi icon shows the laptop is connected to my wifi. Went to settings and there is a statement at the wifi icon telling me my wifi name and saying its connected. I have no idea why its not connecting but I know I have not changed any settings and today is the 1st day its not working. do not purchase this laptop
