I purchased this laptop on a black Friday deal in Nov 2020. I use this computer for browsing the internet and saving pictures. That’s it. It barely gets a few hours of use every day. All of the sudden it started losing wifi connection out of nowhere. It sits right next to my work laptop and my work laptop is much older and was not having any connectivity issues. I reached out to support as surely I’m still within my warranty window, but after over an hour of chatting with support and running multiple tests, they tell me it’s a software issue and that if I want additional support I need to use their paid service. WTF!! This computer is a few months old and I am not paying for support help. I don’t know what to do here and I feel completely stuck!! Do yourself a favor and do NOT purchase this laptop.

UPDATE 02-04-2021. I have upgraded the review to 5. The computer did not come configured with Windows 10 for Home and Office (came with Windows 10 S which will only allow programs sold thru the Microsoft store to be loaded). Contacted the Seller. The Customer Service representative, Tina, was outstanding. She provided directions that allowed me to change Windows 10 S to Home and Office with no problem.
So far so good. 4 rating is because I have not got everything loaded and files transferred from old computer. Came ahead of schedule and in good condition. Never ordered a computer on line before but I am well pleased with the delivery.

Good sound system, but the laptop it’s self is more like a plastic toy than a real computer!!! Cheap outward construction. Only 2 processors?? What happened to the Quad processor?? It’s okay to use until I can get a real computer. I needed a new one for my work…. I have to keep it. No time to refund, send back, look for a better one. It’s okay.

Arrived DAY AFTER I purchased it! Item as described. Good laptop for students, or surfing web, streaming music or movies. Im happy with it so far
