This laptop was a great value. Stacked specs, nice clean laptop body, and it works as expected. I would highly recommend this model for anyone looking for a powerhouse of a computer without the powerhouse prices. It is very fast, and has a ton of space.

So far it seems fine but I bought this laptop specifically because it said it had Windows 10 on it, and it has Windows 11. I guess Windows 11 is having issues with SSDs right now and the performance has kind of sucked, but all I can do is wait it out.

Ordered because it listed having ethernet port and it had specs I needed… got product box had been opened and retaped…it was obvious because box was missing color parts…not only did not have an ethernet port but the BIOS blue screen was the welcome I got upon turning it on…returned hoping for a prompt return so I can purchase a working unit for my job

I bought this HP to replace my ASUS work computer. What a mistake. Its terrible. Three times it has just locked up and shows the Boot warning. Which means all the info I had been working on had to be redone 3Xs. We are talking hours of time just gone. Buy from a brick and mortar store. I will never buy another laptop on amazon.
UPDATE- TRYING TO RESET BEFORE SENDING BACK. THIS THING IS SUCH A P OF S IT WONT EVEN DO THAT. IM FURIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
