I bought this in October 2022 and its has so many glitches. Every time I turn it on it stops working after 30 min. I tried to get the insurance and its saying that it expired. I feel the seller is selling old products. I don’t recommend buying it from this seller.

When I opened the warranty tab on the laptop it says that the warranty expired 2weeks before I even purchased it!!! The battery only lasts a few hours even when in sleep mode!! I knew better than to purchase hp should have trusted my gut instinct!!

The specs on this laptop are very good. Fit and finish isn’t the best, however for the price I’ve been pleased.

I am retired so bought this computer for personal use. It works okay BUT the keyboard is terrible. The lettering on the keys is thin and is thinly etched in the key in a slightly darker color than the key. This makes it hard to read the keys without bright light. Already thinking of ditching this computer for one with black keys with white, readable letters on them.
