I am impressed. Easy to set up. Offers assistance if you need it. Not sure they clearly explained that Microsoft office suite is on the computer. You don’t have to purchase seperate.

1) Product was defective on arrival, as in worked for a couple minutes then stopped.
2) Sent it back. Received a refund minus 20% restocking fee.
a) the seller charges 20% for selling a defective product. Put in other ways, 20% for nothing, 20% swindle, 20% to pay for their mistake.
b) Then they lie when they say well it’s out policy and we can’t break our policy. It’s your f’n policy, you can do anything you want with your policy including taking full responsibility for selling defective products.
c) After the policy lie, NextIPC says take it up with Amazon.
3) Except Amazon hides, maybe doesn’t even have a method to ask the restocking fee be wavered. Despite suggesting you could file this A-Z thing, the go here instructions don’t work. There is nothing that applies to contesting the restocking fee. Neat eh? Run you into a dead end.
Someone has my money for nothing and I don’t like it. I consider it stolen.
I will not buy any product exceeding $100 again. Twenty percent of that, $20, is all I’ll risk on another Amazon transaction and that won’t happen a second time either.
