Excelente laptop pero tengo un desacuerdo, la compré i7-12th gen, 32 gb ram y 1TB ssd y no vino con Intel Iris Xe Graphics sino con Intel UHD🤨

I have had this laptop for a month, using it almost daily, frequently for hours at a time. It is a beast that handles the normal tasks (and some not so normal) in my working day, quickly and effortlessly. The computer arrived at my doorstep well packaged and undamaged. After turning it on I first rid it of the expected bloated software supplied by both HP and Windows, narrowing it down to the programs I would utilize, or I might need for support (I haven’t yet). I also checked that all additional components installed by Computer Upgrade King were as advertised (they are).
I find the keyboard quick and true, but it can be difficult to see the lit keyboard letters in bright sunlight.
The touch pad requires a light touch, a heavy touch tends to drag tabs (especially in browsers) into new windows when you only wanted to select the tab.
Battery life is good, but not great. Windows 11 and all it’s bells and whistles seems to use up a battery with it’s constant checking and notifications. Even in sleep mode the battery depletes and I imagine if left alone in sleep mode for a week or two you would have a dead battery. So turn it off properly when not in use. I get 4-6 hours of battery life when using it, but I don’t watch videos on it, and I would expect that to deplete it quicker. It charges back up quickly.
The audio is great on this machine. I have an HP Envy desktop with Bang & Olufsen and they never seem to disappoint with their sound quality. That holds true for this laptop as well.
I use the touch screen and stylus only for non-artistic tasks such as marking up music, so I cannot comment on how well it would enable you to draw.
I would highly recommend this laptop to those needing a higher end machine!

Don’t do it. Terrible, unresponsive keyboard with too little travel. Some keys require a lot of pressure, which is inconvenient when you’re trying to type quickly. The layout (Home, Up, Down, Delete) is odd and I have never gotten used to it. Hyperactive trackpad that changes focus constantly and scrolls unexpectedly.
Runs hot, which causes the panels to pull away from each other and the USB port to deform (I guess I should give them credit for giving it a way to vent itself while staying functional). The touchscreen is unreliable – may respond or not – and is frequently out of register (the active window does not occupy the full screen, so you have to offset the cursor to click on things). I am currently placing the cursor 1/4 inch below and to the right of the selection.
There’s a weird hazy rectangle that shows up randomly and obscures your active window. You can’t interact with it in any way, you have to minimize all and reload. Sometimes it’s there when you open the laptop and wake it up. And you can’t minimize the login screen. So.
Plus it is slowing down; will inconsistently lag 1/2 to 1 second between keystroke and character, which causes a lot of typos because of the delayed feedback. Cursor response is even slower. Pages seem to still load normally, but I don’t trust that’ll last.
Camera is dead.
This is the worst and most difficult to use laptop I’ve ever owned. I regret taking a chance on HP, I wanted to see if I was missing out on anything. My last laptop lasted 8 years. Back to Lenovo it is.

Great FHD display & easy to set-up. Battery doesn’t last as long as described but is sufficient for watching movies and surfing the net. Plenty of ports
