In the keyboard, the ‘i’ key doesn’t work. Now I’m wasting my time with HP Support to get a replaement.

I thought it would be a little lighter but It’s slim and sleek and works fabulously!!

While I have had this machine for only two days, I am impressed with the set-up ease, the backlit keyboard, the pristine display, and the fingerprint recognition “key”. It is disappointing to have only one standard USB port though. This is a stunningly beautiful piece of hardware and I am excited to stretch her legs.
UPDATE – Six weeks in and I have only grown more fond of it. I absolutely love converting it to table format on Saturday evenings to watch MLS games while my wife (and me…passively) watch something else on our home TV, The video is top-notch. I highly recommend this machine (the HP – Envy x360 2-in-1 15.6″ Touch-Screen Laptop – Intel Core i5 – 8GB Memory – 256GB SSD – Natural Silver as it has a number pad on the keyboard). While the photo in the description shows Win 10, mine came with Win 11 on board!

I’ve had this HP Envy about 3 weeks now and like just about everything about it. I have a 7 year old Envy that is still working and I have loved it, but starting to fall apart due heavy daily use. So, replaced it with this one and am glad this one does not have the number pad on the right which I never use.
Response is very fast and laptop is not heavy at all, quite sleek. Heavier than an ipad, but that is expected. I definitely wanted the back-lighted keyboard as I enjoy it on my old one. Dislikes: letters on keyboard really need to be more prominent/darker/thicker. I wish the power outlet was on the left instead of right side and I wish it had a DVD player and had better useful software (ie. word processing, photo processor). I love the good value sale price.

Everything was as expected except the box had a big dent in it, and it came with Windows 10. I can upgrade it to 11, but this is not as listed.
