Had it four months and never liked software. Completely shut down now working with tech support and they don’t know how to fix. Talked an hour and phone went dead and called back with case number. I am asking for new machine I think it is bad motherboard. All my files gone
Will update this review once I’ve talked to company again.
Update they have sent me a box to send it back. They will repair so they say. My warranty runs out in a month and oh by the way if it breaks down again $200-$300 repair. Oh but I can buy extended warranty for 76 dollars. Does this sound like good service. They are going to patch it up and send back won’t replace so I have a machine that I can’t trust that I have to keep reloading software and waiting for the next shut down. Quality service doesn’t exist anymore.

While it worked great for the first month it became a brick after the first Microsoft update and have not been able to get it back after several attempts. Yesterday I had to purchase a 2 year extended warranty ($135.00) to get the restore disk sent to me. Was on the phone for over one hour, most of which was due to non-English speaking customer service representative from India. The guy tried really had but was just not able to understand his broken English. Hopefully I’ll get my computer back soon but then I’ll have to fight to get all my programs reloaded!
