I really like this laptop, for the price it’s an amazing gaming laptop. The graphics, the run time everything is so much better than what I’ve had before. My only complaint is the battery, which is understandable since it’s drawing so much power. It’s doesn’t last long but charges quick, but the ac adapter gets super hot. Overall I am super happy with it.

Speed is awesome. I recently bought a new desktop and used a SD card to transfer files from my old Windows 7 desktop. Data transfer was around 2 MB/s. Then I wanted to move files from the new desktop to this new laptop. Date transfer to the SD card was around 30 MB/s but when I put the card into this new laptop, it took in data at around 75-80 MB/s. Very much impressed by the speed. I intend to use this laptop for extensive video editing. I figured a good gaming laptop would make an excellent video editor and I’m not disappointed. Battery goes from 100% to 25% in about 3.5 hours.

So much for having to buy the latest model of a gaming laptop! Yes, it’s last generation’s (January 2022) i5 chip and yes, the GeForce GTX 1650 came out in April 2019. However, I loaded mine with 64GB of DDR4 RAM and the 4TB SSD and was ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY by how fast the response times are! My only minor gripe: I wish it were a 17.3″ screen
I purchased this, not for gaming. Rather I am a Cybersecurity student and needed a fast laptop with plenty of memory and storage space. This souped up HP Victus does not disappoint! Thank you Snowbell for this fully loaded BEAST!
