I purchased this for work last July. After about 4 months of normal use, it would load normally but the screen would show black and could not see anything or load the screen. Not to mention it does not come with two TYPE C USB ports as advertised.
Called support but because I purchased from Amazon my warranty was already expired and it would cost for them to troubleshoot my problem. Not to mention language barriers when talking to HP support.
Contacted Snow Bell about the faulty product and they had me send it in on 2 different occasions with no fix. Lost all my files and work, and they decided to replace with a cheaper less powerful laptop model that continues to freeze and crash after about 2 minutes of being on.
At this point I completely give up. They won’t even answer or return my customer requests. DO NOT BUY! DO NO BUY! Faulty models!
$1400 down the drain 😡

The laptop powers on with thumbprint “ID” for password in under :10seconds. Very fast login/bootup. Best feature I think; the laptop is very lightweight; another valuable feature. I like the foldable/tablet feature as well. The battery life is good but I’ve had laptops with a stronger battery life. All in all, I’m happy with the product so far.
