Need to confirm with seller, I was under the impression I was purchasing a new device however it’s a little slow and the touch pad is worn down already???

I bought this laptop for personal/business use. It has been great so far. For the price, it’s a very quick computer and performance is in line with laptops that are much more expensive. Overall, I’m very impressed with the laptop and love working on it.
I really like the touchscreen. The screen itself is quite bright and has a crisp display. The fingerprint login in is a nice feature. I have not really used it as a tablet, so I can’t comment on that.
The battery life is serviceable but not great if there is a lot of zoom calls. I forgot to grab my charger one day and the battery ran out in about 4 hours (with 2 hours of calls).
The laptop does run hot and the fan kicks on. Not a dealbreaker since I have it either on a laptop stand or on a counter, but something to consider if planning on using it for streaming or working on your lap.
I have not done any gaming on it, so I’m not sure how it would perform.

I was very unhappy with this product at first, due to some issues with the battery indicator but after some research I reinstalled the drivers and it’s going great so far. The laptop is fast, comfortable and strongly built. A minor issue is, even at max volume it’s still kinda low, but this is not a deal breaker for me.
