A genuine cartridge but have to purchase every time you run out of ink …..
you can refill it by purchasing refill kits …
not for too long ..
and yeah if you try refilling many times there might be block formations which may lead to printer problems ….
overall a best cartridge for 818 cartridge models, prints around 200 pages as they claim …. go for it

Bought this a month ago. Printed around 15 pages (in black) and it still shows the level as full. So far am satisfied with the print quality. Gonna get the 818 colour catridge too. If your printer is compatible with 818 catridge, then look nowhere else.
