worst service I ever faced . Flipkart is not serious about their customer satisfaction. I return product 6 times and every time they rejected my return without any technical visit . if you are not capable to run a company then shut it down .why you are playing with customer emotions and time. I request to all other customer please don’t purchase any product from Flipkart. because their customer service is worst in world. now what should I do. because of them I am in loss of 3999 and time.
now I am going to consumer court for this issue.

Fraudkart should be the name , ordered this printer and they sent me the used old printer with dust all over it , No packing seal was there , not even thermocole packing inside printer was just kept inside the box , no packked cartridge found cartridge was already installed in it and it was all used , upon delivery when I asked delivery boy why box looks so old and local tape was used so he said it was raining so box got wet .
I’ve heard of flipkart delivering old products but I never believed it but I never knew this will happen to me as well .
Further when I call customer care she said they will replace the product but after a week i got. A Message tht technicians will visit first
Then surprise came in when technicians without visiting me updated tht they have visited and my return has been rejected and when I asked proof from customer care to show my signature of me which technician took if they visited me but they had no proof .
It’s still not replaced yet and I’m making my mind to move to consumer court.

First of all thanks to Flipkart for the quick delivery. Ordered it on 26th Feb afternoon and received it on 27th morning. Kudos to you guys.
Now coming to the printer, some of its pros are –
1. B/W print is very good. Text comes out really sharp.
2. Scanned images and documents retain excellent detail when zoomed in.
3. Setup process is very easy. Also I’d recommend you to download drivers from HP website since the bundled CD contains outdated software.
4. THE PRICE is the best thing about this printer. HP really nailed it here.
Now, there are some things I personally didn’t like about this printer –
1. Build quality is not the absolute best. The white cover for the scanner is actually made of hard paper and a layer of sponge unlike other HP printers which come with hard white plastic underside.
2. No Wi-Fi support for cloud printing. This option helps to quickly print documents from your mobile without the need to turn on your PC.
3. Color printing is not upto the mark. Photos although quite good look a bit inaccurate in color representation. But this is not a big deal.
Even with the cons I really like this printer. For the price at which its offered it’s the absolute best. Perfect for home and small office use.
By the way, a tip guys, print a few pages every few weeks to keep the ink’s from drying up. Happy Printing.

HP 2135 is really superb printer. No doubt, u can use this printer.. I have already print 90 pages, n xerox 11 pages. Quality is amazing.but, one thing – ink issue, yeah, this 2135 deserves 4.5 rating. Because of ink eating problem. Just used 101 pages n the ink level shows its already 80% ink vanished. Just 20% left to use. That’s not a huge problem.. 680 cartridge is available now in market n Prodot ink is most probably the good choice, I think. This printer eats a lot of ink. Not too high but ink ends after 120 pages probably. I haven’t enter a new ink yet.the full ink cartridge which came with this printer is going on.. It’s running..
1) printing quality – 5/5 just outstanding
2) Printing level – even Normal level give a best print for both color and B&W, But I use Draft level for A4 sheets. Using this level I got very good prints.
3) Xerox – Photocopy isn’t bad, 3.5/5. Xerox lost a lot of ink.
4) Scan – scanning is average 3.5/5
5) Accessories – 4/5..
Officially said that u can print 1000/month. That’s not good announcement I think,, if u r a home user n want to print 30-40 pages per week, so, it’s just fantastic, even 50-60 pages u can print.. Monthly 150-200 pages – more than enough..
Home friendly, easy to use, just go for it… Lovely purchase,, and the important think, I have noticed a lot customers claimed that Flipkart isn’t a fast delivery site.. But for me, even for this printer it worked really well.. Thanks a ton Flipkart
