It was hard to use and I could not connect to WiFi. Not only that I did not get proper paperwork from it!! I would like my money back and will return it in it original box it was in.

Pros:
1. Price Price Price! only 1/3 the price of a regular same Elitebook with AMD Ryzen 7 or i7, and Yes, it is a BRAND NEW computer.
2. HP Elitebook is a high-end line of HP which is comparable to Apple MacBook or Thinkpad T14s, X1
3. The webcam is easy to use, excellent picture quality for ZOOM meetings. In fact, the USB webcam gives more protection of privacy, I personally prefer no-webcam, I don’t want I get monitored all the time.
4. The wifi dongle is very tiny, super fast, and very stable
Cons:
1. No built-in wifi, the wifi card will occupy one of the two USB ports. However, it is easy to get resolved by using an extended USB hub which only costs $10-$15, with it you can hook up a lot of devices into your laptop.
I am satisfied with this purchase so far.

At a price of below $500, this laptop is a great deal. It was easy for wifi connection. Update to Window 11 pro was also easy.

I purchased this one because it’s the same model we use and my workplace. After a while I will upgrade to the touch screen with camera built-in.
