HP LaserJet Pro P1108 Single Function Monochrome Laser Printer (Black Page Cost: 3.28 Rs.)

Having used it for three months now i can vouch for that it is not a good product and you should avoid it like hell\nReasons\n\n1 print output – it took out about 900 pages all in eco mode. Actually it stopped at 800 saying there is no ink balance in it, i checked internet for a solution as i badly needed few more print outs. As suggested by many i took out the cartridge out, broke the chip which was on to one side (small 5mm by 5mm) on outside of cartridge and voila it gave me 100 more printouts.\n\n2 Looks of the printer are good but that is where it ends, the power button is so sloppy you might feel most of the times that it is not getting pressed.\n\n3 when you will take out prints after 30 continuous prints the paper gets so much heated you will feel that the paper is going to burn or something inside the printer is going to melt.\n\n4 I purchased a new cartridge after two months for 3000 Rs from delhi, i think this is the cheapest price you can get for this cartridge. After few days of use (5 odd days) the printer has stopped working. i checked the cable , which is all right but the printer is just not getting switched on.\n\n5 it ditched me at the most crucial point when i needed prints for my project, i had to go out and take 300 pages at 4 Rs each.\n\n6 i think it was a great mistake buying this printer seeing all those reviews here.\n\n7 Just to prove that i am a legitimate user please see the certified buyer logo here.\n\n8 My advice is to Avoid this printer completely. But in case you do buy taking a gamble do write a feedback after using it min for three months, do not write a feedback in few days saying looks are awesome and working smooth and all this so that buyers can be aware of its true functioning.

First of all kudos to flipkart for such speedy service. The printer was delivered the very next day after oredring.\n\nAs for the printer, well it performed brilliantly for the duration for which I was actually able to use it which was approximately 1 month. Yes, after a month the printer sat idle for about a month and a half. One fine day I needed a prinout for my flight ticket urgently, so I turned on this gadget and… whoa… it just would not turn on no matter what i did. Well I managed to get a print out from the airport itself and when I returned i called the HP service center. I must say they were very friendly people and were very proactive. A service personnel from an HP authorised service center reached at my house the very next day. He concluded that the power supply board was broke and was to be replaced. Well, that took another 2 weeks and the power supply board was finally replaced. Now the printer finally turned on and the guy even showed me a full black page being printed out by flapping the upper cover 5 times… I thought finally my printer had come to life. Now comes the twist……\n\nThe next day I connected the printer to my laptop and to my surprise it did not recognize the device.. said \
