One start is the lowest I can go. I wish they have negative numbers. I bought this laptop. IT’S WAS A REBULID! I sent the original laptop back because the warranty would run out in one month. They sent another. The warranty was for a year again another rebuild. Long story short the mother board went bad after the warranty was over. This was a waste of of money.
Never again will I buy electronics from Amazon.
Moo Cow –
After a couple months, the USB ports stopped working reliably. The kind of work I do requires backing up data on physical drives. I’ve used the same type for years and have used them on this laptop until they would no longer connect (they connect on other machines.) Sometimes nothing works and I have to reboot the machine to get the USB ports alive again. After wasting well over an hour with “support,” the brilliant solution was to wipe the drive clean and reinstall it. Of course, that wipes the data I need. I back up multiple times a day, sometimes to different drives. So this machine is useless. My only recourse is to by another (non-HP) laptop, remove the drive from this HP brick, and install the drive in one of those conversion boxes, turning it into a remove drive.
