For starters, it came with a non functioning screen.
I called HP who has a non-functioning 9 digit phone number. I went to their you tube page which said to hook it to an external monitor. Did that. It said it needed 19 updates. A few were video….. this is annoying and obnoxious but I would have stuck it out if not for the fact that it kept falling asleep before updates were done. There was no way to add chrome to help things along and it had a dumbed-down version of the operating system that functioned differently than the videos to correct issues suggested. I gave up early enough…. But several hours in to attempting to get it functioning, which I never got that far. The seller should be ashamed of sending this out. This whole experience was a ludicrous, time-dumpster of a nightmare process.
