We are in 2022 all laptops need to come with a lit keyboard for working at night.
Also for an HP Pavilion that’s a thousand plus dollars it feels really cheap unlike the old models.

Bought this without reading the reviews because I was foolish and impatient. They’re right about this being refurbished trash. At first it was great, I loved it, there were no issues. Then shortly after purchase the crashes started. There is never any error message for the crashes. I initially thought they happened because of overheating, but no. Not a big deal though, they may be annoying but I don’t do important work on this laptop. Then the frequency increased. Now I’m also getting boot errors, wifi card issues, and other weird glitches that hard to put succinctly. Do not buy this laptop, it is 100% a scam.

Little over a month after buying what was supposed to be a new computer for my work started having issues with it. It was giving me an error message so i sent it back to HP to get it fixed and they said that there were parts from other computers that were non HP and the warranty would not cover the fix which came up to 400$ and I wrote the seller and recieved no response. Seller sells refurnished computers with bad parts as new. Do not buy from them very shady way of doing business.

2 weeks after install all my apps and data, the laptop bluescrees and gave an error massage saying there was no operating system installed. I took it to certified repair and they let me know that neither ghw drive or the ram was original HP equipment. Falsely advertising an HP computer!!!!
