This is for everyday use as I’m retired. Biggest reason for picking this one is memory. I work on a lot of big files for geneology and really needed this. It works great.

Entering passwords become a chore as often the computer just drops capturing types input after 4 characters, so you have to go back and start again. Very annoying

After I had my relatives put in everything I need, it runs perfectly, I love it. I’ve always wanted a laptop. I had our son Dave pick it out. I don’t see how it could be any better. I’m so happy I have it.

This laptop was advertised as one that had a Touchscreen. It does NOT. I bought this one specifically for this feature and was very disappointed it didn’t have that feature. I contacted customer service last night about this. They were very helpful and acknowledged that the description was wrong. They are paying for the shipping back to them and will refund my money so I can reorder something different. For what it’s worth the machine works well and has a great sound and screen. Glad customer service was so helpful.
