Flipkart as an ecom or on the delivery scale is best no doubt so this us about the HP product only
one of the worst laptop so don’t buy this even my 10 years old laptop with 8 gb ram and i3 ist gen of HP is better then this HP ec20008ax i purchased this because previous HP laptop was awesome but this one is waste of money
Cons-
1.Sound cracking issues after continuous meetings on Microsoft teams
2.Blue screen error issue in windows
3. After 6-7 hrs of use it’s WIFI automatically disconnect and to fix this i need to restart it during my working hours which is a big headache
4. Speakers are worst i don’t know What HP is doing my older laptop’s speakers was much louder than these. Need to plug in ear phone in every meetings.
5.display is also not brighter it says 300 nits but trust me not as brighter as my 10 years old laptops.
6. Battery backup is worst older ones gives 1hr
This one gives 2.5hr to 3.15 hr this when I’m using at Battery saver and 60hhz displays
7. It heats a lot due to which it hangs which is very irritating as I’m not playing games its only for Office uses..still this is going on..and right know its winter in punjab i don’t know how it will perform in summers…
8.screen wobbling issue is also there
9. Key board flex is there but can ignored but it is there
So i trusted a lot but HP completely changed know a days…higher price but product is worst

All the time its on normal office uses meetings and regular uses no gaming at all just excel teams only
Yes it has two fans in it only one is working all the time second one is only works when i play games on it..
So overall its a loss nothing else
